Moharram Aghazadeh is a Iranian- professional with over 30 years of experience in curriculum development, teacher training, and educational research across the Middle East, Central Asia, and Canada. Holding a PhD and an MA in Curriculum and Learning, alongside a BA in Instructional Technology.

He Currently serving as the Director of CANI College of Education since 2017, Dr. Aghazadeh has contributed to numerous international projects, including working with UNESCO and with UNICEF Tajikistan on competency-based curriculum design and teacher training. 

His expertise spans curriculum design, instructional technology, and AI-enabled learning program development. His proficiency in project management, monitoring, and evaluation, combined with his capacity to establish international networks, ensures effective implementation of education initiatives. He has a proven track record in benchmarking, quality assurance, and accreditation in general education and TVET systems.

Fluent in English, Persian (Farsi/Dari), Azeri, Turkish, Uzbek, and Tajik, Dr. Aghazadeh has extensive regional experience in Afghanistan, Tajikistan, Uzbekistan, Turkmenistan, and Iran.
