Dr. Anna Boltenko, PhD, PCC is a leadership and transformation coach who works with leaders, emerging leaders, managers, and high-performing professionals to navigate change, strengthen emotional intelligence, and align personal growth with meaningful organizational impact.
With over 15 years of experience across academia, corporate learning, HR, and executive education, Anna brings a rare multidimensional perspective to leadership development. Her professional journey began in higher education, where she served as a university lecturer and program director, teaching and mentoring future leaders. Over time, her work expanded beyond the classroom into organizational development, corporate learning, and leadership coaching across industries and cultures.

She is the creator of the RE.SET Coaching Game™ and is known for blending structure with play, depth with practicality, and strategy with self-awareness.
