Bio
As an authority on the subject of narcissistic abuse and relational trauma, many years ago I recognized that traditional therapy modalities are not appropriate and inadequate for most survivors of narcissistic abuse. I created a clinically robust curriculum called 'Transforming Pain to Power' that helps people recognize and shift the early relational patterns that have kept them stuck in toxic, abusive or unreciprocated relationships. I work with a lot of wellness practitioners, therapists, highly sensitive and gifted people. My mission is to empower empaths, because the world needs you! I also wrote a book called 'Heart Wide Open: A Holistic Guide to Self-Recovery from Narcissistic Wounding'. There are a lot of therapists who seek out my guidance with respect to how to work with narcissism, as well as how to grow and develop their own practices. In addition to coaching, I am also registered as a psychotherapist in Ontario offering individual, couple and family therapy.
Living in Southern Ontario, I enjoy running, nordic skiing, kayaking, gardening and cooking. I also represented Canada in a Mixed Ability Rugby Tournament in Spain the summer of 2025. My husband and I have been together for 30 years now, and we have two adult children.
